The buffet spread has been comprehensively upgraded, with an even richer array of refined cold cuts, tableside-carved meats, handcrafted desserts, and seasonal salads, turning every trip to the table into a ritual of refined living. This year, an exclusive add-on upgrade is offered especially for the Goddess: “Smoked Perseus N°5 Caviar with Warm Egg Custard, Smoked Potato Purée & Milk Foam” — delicate salinity and silken texture intertwined, light as a feather yet layered with depth, setting a glamorous tone for the meal ahead.

Main course selections have also been elevated for the festive period, including “Charcoal-Grilled Hokkaido Scallop Spaghetti” — premium Hokkaido scallops grilled directly over charcoal to seal in their natural sweetness and tender bite. The chef handcrafts a house-cured anchovy sauce to deepen the oceanic savoriness, while al dente spaghetti absorbs the essence of the dish, complemented by cherry tomatoes and fresh basil — a beautifully balanced interplay of salty, umami, and sweet. The “Charcoal-Grilled Sea Bass” is slow-roasted at low temperature to preserve its natural oils and delicate texture, served with almond-pumpkin purée for a warm, nutty sweetness, finished with herb butter and a touch of spring herbs — light yet richly layered in flavor.
